Most bar managers know that a draft beer system should be cleaned at least twice every month, did you?
More frequent cleaning is required when usage is low and lines are not kept cool.

Law S 30-6-A23: Draft beer system lines must be cleaned every 7 days.- Massachusetts Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission.
Law 2.05 CMR: Draft beer system lines must be cleaned twice each week.If a draft beer system is left un-serviced (cleaned) for longer periods of time the beer will start to foam, loose carbonation, and develop off-flavors and colors. KegMan Gang Cleaning ProductsEach socket requires a No. 5131 Back Plate and a piece of ½" beer line to operate. Sockets and backing plates can be hooked up in series to form as many cleaning stations as the job requires. The final backing plate in the system must be terminated with the 5179 End Stop Cap. The backing plates are coupled with the ½" beer line and clamps to a complete 5, 15, 30 or 50 liter cleaning assembly above with an appropriate keg connector and ½" nipple outlet and clamp.Complete already assembled Draft Line Cleaning Boards are shown above.
