Like all motorized carbonators, the motorless carbonator expells seltzer at very high pressures and the seltzer must be cold or cooled to 32-34 degrees F. before pouring to avoid loss of all carbonation. Caution: Seltzer is very corrosive and must not come in contact with any metals other than stainless steel or FDA approved Plastics. Never use a beer or water faucet for serving seltzer.

Note: When serving seltzer from any carbonator - The input water temperature to the seltzer faucet or soda draft arm must be between 32 and 34 degrees F. for the proper retention of carbonation when the seltzer or soda is poured. Failure to have the seltzer cold will cause a great loss of cabonation.
